1. Scope of Warranty
Products sold by PRAUSE INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH will be covered by the applicable legal warranty of conformity when the buyer qualifies as a consumer, without prejudice to any additional commercial warranty that may be expressly offered for specific products.
2. Exclusions
The following damages are excluded from the warranty:
- improper use,
- impacts,
- negligence,
- incorrect maintenance,
- unauthorized handling or repairs,
- normal wear and tear from use.
3. Procedure
Warranty claims must be reported to contact@prause-is.com, including:
- description of the problem,
- order or invoice number,
- photographs or videos, when necessary.
4. Resolution
Once the claim has been analyzed, PRAUSE INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH will determine the applicable solution in accordance with current regulations and the nature of the defect detected.
