1. Delivery area
We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as for shipments to the rest of the EU, please see the specific conditions below or contact us at contact@prause-is.com before placing your order.
2. Preparation and delivery time
- Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24–48 working hours of payment confirmation.
- The estimated delivery time is 3–6 working days for mainland Spain once the order has been dispatched. For the Balearic Islands and non-mainland areas, delivery may take longer.
- Only working days are counted. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 pm are processed the same day; the rest, on the next working day.
- In any case, and unless expressly agreed otherwise, delivery will take place within a maximum of 30 calendar days from order confirmation (Art. 66 bis TRLGDCU).
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, promotional campaigns, stock shortages or carrier incidents.
3. Carrier
Shipments are handled by TIPSA. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow the status of your delivery.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and the weight of the order, and are shown itemised in the cart before you confirm your purchase. All prices include VAT.

Heavyweight orders: for shipments exceeding 100 kg, the standard rate does not apply and the cost is quoted individually; please contact us at contact@prause-is.com before placing your order.
Two notes to ensure the table is 100% faithful to your current setup:
- Free shipping: there is currently no active free shipping threshold (this was one of the business decisions pending from Prause). That is why I have left it out of the table. If your client decides to activate it, a line reading something like “Free shipping on orders over €X” would be added.
- Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: your current settings cover Málaga, Andalusia, and “National (Spain).” I didn’t see specific rules for the islands or autonomous cities, so it would be best to confirm with the client whether shipping to those locations is offered. Otherwise, the cleanest approach is to state on the page: “Contact us for shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the Balearic Islands.”
5. Bulky or heavy goods (palletized)
Many of our products (kettlebells, weight plates, racks, bars, etc.) are shipped via palletized freight. In these cases:
- Delivery is made at street level. It does not include carrying items up to residences, upper floors, or business premises, nor does it include assembly or installation.
- If you require delivery to your home (including carrying the item inside), delivery to a location with difficult access, or other special services, please let us know at contact@prause-is.com before purchasing so we can assess the additional cost.
- Ensure you have the necessary means to receive and handle the material at the delivery point.
6. Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla
The price shown does not include import taxes (IGIC / IPSI), customs duties, or customs processing fees; these are the responsibility of the customer at the destination. Please contact us before purchasing to confirm costs and delivery times.
7. Receipt of the order — very important
Upon receiving your order:
- Check the number of packages and the condition of the packaging before signing the delivery note.
- If you notice damage or missing packages, note this in writing on the carrier’s delivery note.
- Please notify us of any issues within 24 hours at contact@prause-is.com, attaching photos.
