1. Order cancellation<\/h2>\n\n

You may request the cancellation of your order before it is shipped<\/strong> by emailing contact@prause-is.com<\/a> and including your order number. If the order has already left our facilities, it must be processed as a return (see point 2). For card payments, some cancellations may be subject to financial charges applied by the banking institution, in accordance with Article 76 of Royal Legislative Decree (RDL) 1\/2007. <\/p>\n\n

2. Right of withdrawal (return without justification)<\/h2>\n\n

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without the need to justify the decision and without penalty (Articles 71 et seq. of Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007).<\/p>\n\n

How to exercise it<\/strong><\/strong>: notify us via an unequivocal statement (email to contact@prause-is.com<\/a> or a letter to C\/ J\u00facar 26, Pol\u00edgono Industrial La Trocha, 29100 Co\u00edn, M\u00e1laga, Spain) within the specified timeframe. You may use the model form at the bottom of this page, although doing so is not mandatory. We will confirm receipt of your request. <\/p>\n\n

Product condition<\/strong>: must be returned new, unused (except for basic inspection)<\/strong>, with all accessories and in the original packaging.<\/strong> Products returned in used or damaged condition may be subject to a reduction in value<\/strong>, which will be deducted from the refund amount. <\/p>\n\n

Return costs<\/strong>: the direct costs of returning<\/strong> the product shall be borne by the customer. In the event of a collection arranged by us, the cost of such collection will be deducted from the refund. <\/p>\n\n

3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n
